Psychotherapy

Individual work where you have room to be yourself — with whatever you carry, without hurry and without judgment.

What therapy is here

I work from a gestalt approach. That means we pay attention to what is happening now: how you feel, how you relate, where you freeze, where you lose yourself, and where you come back.

I am not here to hand you a ready-made answer or to “fix” you. I am here to be with you while you discover what you need, what you repeat, and what you want to do differently.

I work as a gestalt psychotherapist under supervision. That matters: I have support and accountability in my work, and your confidentiality remains protected.

Who it is for

People often arrive recognising themselves in one of these places:

  • anxiety, inner tension, the sense that you always have to endure
  • difficulty with boundaries — with others, at work, in the family
  • a change in a relationship, a breakup, divorce, loneliness inside a partnership
  • burnout, exhaustion, a loss of meaning at work
  • questions of identity, authenticity, and who you are outside the roles you carry
  • communication that gets stuck, conflicts that keep repeating
  • parenting and family relationships that need more room and clearer words

What to expect

A session is a conversation, but not an ordinary one. We go where it is alive: into the body, into feeling, into the relationship happening between us. You can speak, be quiet, pause. The pace is yours.

There is no script. We work with what you bring that day — and with the threads that become clearer over time.

In person and online

I work in person in Niš and online, in the language that feels natural to you. Online sessions are a full space for this work — especially for people in the region and the diaspora.

If you are not sure what fits better, we can decide in the introductory conversation.

Questions that often come up

How long is a session?+

An individual session usually lasts 50 minutes. The introductory conversation is shorter — enough to meet and see whether we continue.

How often do we meet?+

Most often once a week. We agree a rhythm that matches your needs and capacity — it should be sustainable, not depleting.

Is the conversation confidential?+

Yes. What you bring stays in this space, in line with professional ethics. Exceptions exist only where the law and the protection of life require them, and we talk about that openly.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?+

No. It is enough that something is not working, that you are tired of the same circle, or that you want more room for yourself.

If this resonates, we can begin with a conversation.
